Healthy Skin Habit: H20
Many people underestimate the power of H20, thinking that they need to pile on moisturizers and serums in order to achieve proper hydration. While these products are important, water plays an essential role in not only keeping your body functioning, but also your skin.
So the next time you’re in the shower, cleanse your face and then hold it under water. This will allow your pores to absorb and “drink” the water. Then let your skin naturally air dry to ensure maximum hydration (plus now you have an excuse to spend a little longer in the shower!).
